Help! I'm Locked out of my SideReel Account!

I've reset my password, and i still can't log in (username or email). I've cleared all my cookies and restarted my browser and it's still not working.

I don't want to start a new account because i have all my shows tracked and "watched".

If you're having trouble logging in, it's because you did not confirm your email within a year of creating your account with SideReel. Our tech team is currently working on a fix so that you will be presented with the option of resending the confirmation email upon providing your correct login credentials. We apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime & appreciate your patience!

Thanks everyone for your patience! You should now be able to send an email to confirm your account and once again access your SideReel profile.

Update: If you've already provided your login credentials and sent yourself a new confirmation email, please add info@sidereel.com to your contact list and check your spam folder, then try sending it again.
