Help! I'm Locked out of my SideReel Account!

I've reset my password, and i still can't log in (username or email). I've cleared all my cookies and restarted my browser and it's still not working.

I don't want to start a new account because i have all my shows tracked and "watched".

I have changed my password and re sent a confirmation email which I have clicked on and still I can not log in. It just keeps telling me my account needs confirming, which I have done, more than once! Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi again! According to our system, the email associated with that account is 'loisjemmett1@hotmail.co.uk', which has not yet been confirmed. I've just triggered a resend for the confirmation email, so you should receive it shortly. Let me know if you're still having trouble regaining access to your account!

I am not able to log back in because it says I have not confirmed my account, but when I send the confirmation email and click on the link, it says the link is invalided because I may have already confirmed my account.

I am trying to log into my account and for some reason my password is not working. When I go to try and reset my password the email on file was hacked and now I can not access it. The email that I used is hiphoppugs@yahoo.com

We don't have any user under 'abcderinn' or 'abcderinnn,' but there is an 'abcderin' - however, that username is registered with the email 'cmevalleygirl@cheerful.com.'

oh that's right. that email is only used for junk now so I forgot about it. Is there anyway that I could change the email on file to a different one?

I logged out of my account on my phone which I have remained logged into since I got the account a little over a year ago. I am not able to log back in because it says I have not confirmed my account, but when I send the confirmation email and click on the link, it says the link is invalided because I may have already confirmed my account which I don't think I ever had. I have also tried resetting my password. My username is jamie12595. Is there anything I can do to get back into my account?

I cant log into my account using either my app or using the website first I thought I may have forgotten my password so I reset it still didn’t work then I was asked to authenticate my account by clicking on a link I did this like 3 times it still would not let me log in it came up with the message 'Confirmation link is invalid. Your account may already be confirmed. Please try to sign in. '

which I did still wouldn’t let me log in I don’t know what to do now the only reason I logged out of my account is because it wouldn’t let me click to say I have wanted an episode of something and some of the shows I track have been removed from my calendar so I thought logging out and then back in would work it didn’t please help

Hi k, what is the account you're trying to access? According to our system, your 'Ladymusiq5' account has already been confirmed, so you shouldn't be having trouble logging in. Have you tried logging in from the website?

What happens specifically when you try to log in with the app? Are you using your email address and password to log in?

I can't sign into my account. My username is lynnegerde@optonline.net. I went to use the app as always and the tracker section has an oops message. Reset my password multiple times, then got messages saying to confirm my email address. I did that multiple times and got a message saying my email address was already confirmed.

Logged Out and Can't Log back in.


I've been experiencing some issues on the iOS Mobile App, trying to show my tracker the last few days. So I logged out and tried to log back in. It said my email hasn't been confirmed, when I click the link in the confirmation email it says its been confirmed. So I try to reset my password, I change it but it doesn't tell me if I was successful or not. It just brings me back to the login page, and when I try to login it still doesn't work.

I have the same issue. And the app keeps saying 'error please wait a few minutes' when I look at my shows. It's been like this for two or three days. Should I just wait for bug fix update? I tried logging out and then I got into this account mess. Help! My account email is sarah.lemke@live.ca

Can't Log in error message.


I keep trying to verify my account and when I get the email and press the link to verify it, it say that it's already been verified and to log in. When I try to log in again it asks me to verify my account which I keep trying to do and I keep getting the same message that it already been verified but won't let me log in.

Also, Get Satisfaction is a completely separate site from SideReel. Get Satisfaction powers our support forum, so creating a new account through GS won't affect the status of your SideReel account, and the logins don't have to be the same.
