Help! I'm Locked out of my SideReel Account!

I've reset my password, and i still can't log in (username or email). I've cleared all my cookies and restarted my browser and it's still not working.

I don't want to start a new account because i have all my shows tracked and "watched".

I keep sending myself the confirmation email and using the link, but it says im already confirmed, but then when i try to log in it says i need to confirm.

Hi Shubhi! I just resent your confirmation email; however, the email address that's associated with that account is actually 'yourcutelove@yahoo.com' – so make sure you confirm that one.

When I click the confirmation email I'm sent in a never ending loop. The error message says, "Confirmation link is invalid. Your account may already be confirmed. Please try to sign in." my email is crusader42@gmail.com please help

Can't sign into my sidereel account on either my iPhone or computer..


I just got a new iPhone 5S and was trying to sign into my Sidereel app. It keeps saying that it couldn't authenticate the account. I thought it might be that I forgot my password so I changed my password. Even after changing my password I still can't sign on to my account. I can't even sign on to my account on the computer.

Hi Dorothy! Unfortunately, changing your password won't help confirm your email address, as you likely discovered! :( If you let me know what your username OR email address is that's associated with your account, I can get you back in!

When I attempt to login using my correct email address and password, which I haven't changed in months, the site says I need to confirm the account. So I click to have a confirmation email sent, and when I receive the email, I click the link, but it says the link is invalid. I attempted to reset my password, but when I go to login again, it says my account needs to be confirmed .. and this repeats, so I cannot log in to my account. Any ideas?
