Help! I'm Locked out of my SideReel Account!

I've reset my password, and i still can't log in (username or email). I've cleared all my cookies and restarted my browser and it's still not working.

I don't want to start a new account because i have all my shows tracked and "watched".

I changed the email address and a new confirmation email should be on its way to you. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm it, and you should be able to log in.

Hello,

same problem here, cannot log in, didn't change user name nor email address... it's still brokenvideo and lisoo21@hotmail.com. I had the email (a few times) but it always says my account is already verified but yet i can't log in.... Help please

Looks like the email associated with the account 'brokenvideo' is annelise.b@nantes.fr. If you have access to that email account, you'll likely find the confirmation email there...

If you'd like us to change the email on the account to the Hotmail address, let us know.

Same problem as JVirginia here. I honestly can't remember if I ever confirmed my email. I still have the same email address (feat.angel@nexgo.de) though (or I wouldn't be able to receive the confirmation email, right?).

Rain, could you work your magic on my account, too, please?

It is saying I can't log in because I didn't confirm my email- unfortunately my email account (nicoleavis@yahoo.co.uk) was having some problems so I had to deactivate it a few months ago! My sidereel is still linked to that address though. If I try to confirm it will send it to my old email which I can't access now. I really don't want to lose all my tracked shows and watched episodes! My username is nicoleavis and my new email is nicolesiva@hotmail.co.uk

Hi, I'm having a similar problem as my hotmail account was hacked & is now deactivated. Can you change my login from joey_doj@hotmail.com to jo_doj@hotmail.co.uk? I can get the confirmation email to my new email address.Thanks :)

It looks like you never confirmed your email address. I have sent another confirmation email to jposses02@hotmail.com. When you get it, simply follow the instructions, and you should be able to log in.

have the same problem as many in there. I can't log in any more and it wants me to send a confirmation email. I f I click on send I don't recieve one, if I put in my email again and press resend confirmation, the error "email not found" pops up and I recieve a confirmation email. But using the provided link I still can't log in and I get to the "please send a confirmation" site again.

I can't login again.I asked for the confirmation email to be sent to sangye@gmail.com ... it came ... I clicked on the link ... I logged in and the cycle continues

Btw, this is the acount i don't use. All my 'watched' shows are on the regular login instead of on the facebook one.

Hi Kathlin,

It might be that you are not confirming your email from the address you originally you signed up with. The email address associated with the account kathlin1990 is a hotmail address. Is that the email address you were confirming it from?

Also, if you have two accounts, one Facebook connected, and the other not, you can merge them by going here:

Hi I have a Sidereel account that I can log into on my iPhone but not on the website. My login username on the phone is bilalrh and email is bilalrh@hotmail.com, it tells me to confirm the account, so i provide my email address, and then it says email invalid, although i still get the confirmation email, and then i click the link, and it tells me the link is invalid or i have already confirmed, i login, and it starts over again,
Seeing this email isnt working, i used another one: bilalrh2@hotmail.com. I did get it to work with this one but idk what happened i got into an account with no tracked or watched shows which is wrong because on my phone my account has multiple shows tracked and watched. Please, please help me!
So in conclusion, the account on my iPhone that I want to get into has a username of bilalrh and I prefer to use the email bilalrh@hotmail.com, but if for some reason that would not work, I can also use the emails bilalrh2@hotmail.com, bilalrh3@hotmail.com and bilalrh4@hotmail.com. The problem is I wouldnt remember the other three emails if I were to forget something again, so please help me set this up with the first email only.

Hi,

This has happened to me too, the e-mail address I was using had to shut down because it was hacked but I didn't change it on my sidereel account when it was logging in, but now it says I need to confirm my e-mail but it no longer works. Can it be changed?

I have had my account for over a year and never had issues. It is now telling me that I have not confirmed my account and therefore won't let me log in. Furthermore I have changed my email since I created the account so following the confirmation instructions won't work for me.

Hi there. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost my account for a second time- when I try to log in, I get an error saying that either the username or password is incorrect and when I attempt to change my password by entering my email address, another error message comes up saying that no such email address exists. This has happened before about a year ago and I would be greatful if it could be sorted out again.

It's a really strange thing but that looks exactly like my current account! Yes, I did use to have a Twitter account connected to Sidereel but that was a long time ago.. But yes, that is my account, thanks a lot! So, how do I go about accessing it? (Earlier I tried linking Twitter but it didn't work)

I don't remember what email address I originally used when registering and I've already done that forgotten password deal and nothing is working. I've tried several different emails and nothing is working.

Hi there! If you let me know what your SideReel username is, I can look you up in our system and see which email address you used to sign up.
"Email not found" means that the email address you're attempting to confirm is not associated with any SideReel account.

As of today 9/4 I am not able to log on, I have tried several times to send myself the confirmation e mail. Every time I receive it, click on the link, and open the page I get an invalid notification.
