Help! I'm Locked out of my SideReel Account!

I've reset my password, and i still can't log in (username or email). I've cleared all my cookies and restarted my browser and it's still not working.

I don't want to start a new account because i have all my shows tracked and "watched".

Hey, I'm having the same problem as everyone, I tried to confirm my e-mail but it says I already did, and when i try to sign in it sends me to confirm my e-mail. It's an endless loop, please help, my e-mail is: joanie-seeley@live.ca

I had a problem with my sidereel app. So I downloaded it again but it wouldn't except my password. So I then reset my password and it still will not let me log in

Hi Michael! It sounds like you need to confirm your email address in order to regain access to your account. If you let me know what your username or email address is, I can resend you a working confirmation email!

I can't log in to my account, I have updated my password and confirmed my account about 10 times now but still nothing works... I am receiving the emails, but they aren't helping the problem.

Hi Nikki! Sorry about that! We just issued a fix for our confirmation emails – try sending yourself *one* more from the login screen and let me know if the new one works!

Hi!

It seems I've got the same problem as many other sidereel users. Apparently I need to confirm my e-mail account but when I click on the confirmation link it says that the link is invalid and that I should try to log in, but I still can't.
Could you please help me get access to my account again? My e-mail : lundberg.julia@hotmail.com

I can't seem to login to my sidereel account after last nights site upgrade. I have tried clearing cache and restarting browser. After several attempts with my 100% correct password I decided to change my password (again...) and try logging in again with new password. The site still does not log me in. And it gives absolutely 0 indication as to why I can't get in

Won't Authenticate My Login On the App.


I am having issues with my Sidereel iphone app. I can log onto my account on the computer without any issues, but the other day the app started giving me an error message every time I got on, so I tried logging out, I tried shutting my phone off, I even tried deleting the app and re-downloading it from the apple store. But now, even though I've checked and re-checked on the website itself that my password is correct, the app will not authenticate my login information, even though I am positive it is right. What can I do to fix this?

Hi Hope! I'm so sorry that your post slipped under our radar.
It sounds like you need to confirm your account. If the traditional login form still doesn't appear to be working, try sending yourself a new confirmation email from the login screen and confirming your account that way. Let me know if this still doesn't work for you!

I've always been automatically logged in through Facebook if I restart my computer. Otherwise, I never log out. Today I was asked to log in, but there was an error message that could not verify Facebook credentials. I tried to reset my PW in Sidereel, but keep getting error message. I do NOT want to create new account as I've been using for years.
