Links tell you what link the site is for (ie, zshare, megavideo...)

It's really annoying when there are like 100 links, and you get really excited, but they're all the same type (say, zshare), but you have to go to their website to find out what site it's embedded from. If when uploading a link, you have to say if it's zshare or wisevid or youtube or tudou or megavideo or whatever. for people who have problems with one (or more) of these sites it would remove a lot of aggravation

Hi Mikoto, that would definitely be very helpful - thanks for sharing your idea! Currently, as you've probably seen, the site source for the video link is shown under the link title, but since so many are video blogs with embedded video, they system only picks up the direct site, not the video they've embedded or linked to.

While it probably couldn't be set up for our system to pick up the video source, it might be possible to require users adding links to select the video source that could also be displayed in the search results.

I'll share this idea with the team and see if there are any possible features we can work on!

I agree with mikoto, as someone who puts his video description for either zshare or megavideo it is rather annoying when i'm trying to watch something versus submitting and the lack of information can be very blurry at times. Also ppl need to start reporting some of these cpa sites..it's amazing how many cpa sites get listed on sidereel.

Thanks for your input, nyctunedin! We're checking into if a feature showing the video source in some fashion would be possible as we definitely agree that would be very helpful.

As for the CPA Lead sites, you can click 'report link' next to a link you find with CPA Lead, or send an email reporting them to spamsucks@sidereel.com. Sites reported in either fashion will be reviewed by our spam team and banned if it definitely does violate our guidelines.

Thanks for your ideas & help!
