Login Help!!

I cannot log in to Sidereel for nearly a month now. I have reset my password maybe twice now but it never gets sent to my email address... I am not getting any reminders of shows that are airing so I am kind of lost in whats recent and whats not.. I know my login name is correct but as I have reset the password twice now and never received it I cant log in. Any help please??? Living in Ireland I dont have access to these shows so Please help me....
I use a Mac and Safari and it has always worked fine....

Try adding info@sidereel.com to your email contacts and lowering your email security settings. Often emails like the reset password email gets caught in junk mail, or with higher security, doesn't even make it that far.

So try that and then send yourself a new reset password email. It should make it to your inbox at that point, but if you still have trouble, please let me know what email server you use and what message you get when you click to reset your password.

I am using Gmail and have reset the password I would say twice since last week but it never gets to my email. It just says your password has been sent, never get it though...

Did you try adding info@sidereel.com to your contacts and lowering security? You need to do that and then send another email. If you did do that, gmail generally works well with accepting our emails so it should be working, but let us know if it still doesn't. Also, are you certain that's the email address associated with your SideReel account? I'd be happy to check for you if you can't get logged in.

When I try to log in it says "Sorry, your information is incorrect.
Please try again or create an account or reset your password"
Then when I try to reset my password it says"We're sorry, but there is no user for that email. Please enter a valid email for a Side Reel user".
Then when i try to create an account it says "Email has already been taken"

I have added Sidereel but still it doesnt work and gmail is the correct email sign in... Ive started to get the daily tracker but I still cant log in using my Gmail account

I bet this is just related to a bug we're working on with resetting passwords and logging in. To get around it, try the following & let me know if it works:

For now, please try sending yourself the reset password then click here: http://beta.sidereel.com/users/sign_out

Once you've done that, try logging in again with the new password. That should hopefully help for now, but if not, please let me know and better fixes are on the way.

I am having the same problems as others. I suddenly cannot get in to my sidereel acct. It says my user name at the top right hand of the screen, but when I put in either my email and password or username and pass, it doesn't accept them. So, I asked sidereel to send me password reset info and never received an email. I added the sidereel info address to my address contacts, but still have not received password resent information. Can anyone help with this? It seems the above suggestions are not accurate to solve the problem. Thanks

Hi Julip! As of our update today, we're experiencing a temporary issue with logins, but our tech team is working hard to resolve this issue and it will be fixed ASAP! So sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime and thank you for your patience -- I'll be sure to update you when it has been resolved!
