My shows have all disappeared....AGAIN

Just like the title says, I'm logged into my account and none of my tracked shows are showing up. I logged off and back on to no avail. I am using the correct username and password. Why does this keep happening? Help!

Hi Matt,

It looks like you created a second account with your Facebook, rather than connecting it to your regular account, attached to your email address, where your shows are tracked. 

You can merge your multiple accounts into one (without losing your tracked shows and watched episodes).

That's not what happened actually. Once I realized my shows weren't populating, I logged off and on again but accidentally clicked "Log in with Facebook". I have Zero tracked shows on the Facebook side. I then logged back out and back in to my main account. All of my tracked shows were still gone. I logged offf and on a few more times and then waited a bit. When I tried after the wait, they reappeared. It said "Syncing" before the reappeared if that helps.

I would still recommend merging the two accounts. It sounds like they are interfering with each other for you.
