My shows I was tracking have all disappeared, even after upgrading the app

Even downlaoded the app again and still not working.

Please delete all copies of the app from your device, install the updated app, and restore.

Also, double-check to make sure you are attempting to log into the same account that you normally use, where you were tracking your shows, and that you haven't accidentally created a second (empty) account.

Same problem just updated and after logging in and syncing my shows were still lost

Working now, my bad...was logging in with FB which was showing nothing but tried through my email and everything came back! All is good in tv land again

I feel like my account was still registering some information before. But now that I’ve updated everything is gone. It’s like a brand new account even though I’ve had it for many years. I’m very very disappointed to lose all that information. I really hope I can get it all back

This sounds like you've created a different account. 

To be clearer, your tracking has not disappeared, even if you aren't currently seeing it. 

You appear to have an account linked to the email address you are using here, with 42 tracked show, but there is also another account with your name, Facebook-connected, but tracking no shows. Is this the one you were accessing?

Be sure you are logging into the same account you were using before there was a problem with the app.

All the shows i was tracking have disappeared, after i installed the ios update11.0.1 nothing changed so i logged out and then back in. My shows are still not there. Please do something about it!!!

I'm only having this issue on my iPhone app. I deleted the app, re downloaded it, and updated app. I tried logging in through email and Facebook. Both resulted in the picture. If I go on Safari, I can see my tracked shows. I even merged the two accounts to be sure it would work. Nothing. Help please!

We are not finding an account under the email address you are using here. Please write us at customer_support@sidereel.com and include your email address and username, as well as your Facebook name, and we'll look into this for you.

The App has deleted all of my shows. I tried signing out and back in. I also started tracking my shows again and they still do not show up. What’s the issue?

I'm having the same problem and mine is always logged in. I used the app and so it stays logged in and out of the blue one day they disappeared.

Hi Felicia,

The upgrade should solve the problem. If that doesn't work, please try uninstalling the app, installing the updated version, and restoring.

Be sure you are logging into the same account you have been using, and that you haven't accidentally created a secondary (blank) account.

What the F! This worked fine till I paid for an upgrade, now shortly after, it has lost all tracking, and though I have put all the shows again, next time I come in all empty! ZERO SHOWS
