Need new password, website won't send.

I have repeatedly tried to reset my password but although it says, "we have sent an email to the requested email address," it never does.

Hi Alexis! Are you trying to reset your password because SideReel doesn't seem to be accepting your current one, or because you actually wish to reset it?

If you already know your password and SideReel just isn't allowing you to log in, please make sure you're logging in on the newer version of sidereel, beta.sidereel.com, rather than the old site (sidereel.com/_home). We will be merging both versions of the site soon so you won't have to type in "beta" first, but for now please make sure you're logging in on beta.sidereel.com. If that still doesn't work, let me know!
