no Saturday schedule

why is it that the last few weeks (2-3) every time I try to get a *Calendar* listing for Saturday - on Saturday - I get instead the schedule starting the following day - Sunday?

For instance - today is Saturday January 23 - and the calendar is showing me the week starting with Sunday January 24

Now even taking in account for EST there is some of Saturday January 23 left to be showing the schedule for.

Please - this is getting to be really annoying

Hi Danice, do you mean your Personalized TV Schedule on your profile page or the TV Schedule emails? It sounds as if you mean the profile TV Schedule, but just wanted to check.

If you do mean your Personalized TV Schedule, it always shows the current day plus 3 days prior and 3 days following like this for today, Mon 1/25:

While there may not be any TV listings for a Saturday if you aren't subscribed to any shows that air new episodes on Saturdays, on that day you should still see Sat as the middle gray day/current day.

Is that not how it's looking for you?

No - I meant under the tab *Calendar* as I stated in my post. And what's most annoying is not because I'm PST and it's an EST listing - that I can understand.

Go looking at 10pm - 11 pm our time and you can expect to get the listing for Sunday and the next week. But I'm complaining because I was looking at 4 pm - 5 pm and expecting to see what would be on for that evening - Saturday. And instead got Sunday and rest of the week. Again - for about 3 weeks in a row.

Annoyed!

Hi Danice, sorry for my confusion on that. The Calendar tab never changes what day is on top - it's a static page that always lists Sunday on top to Saturday at the bottom.

That Calendar is meant as more of a general indication of what's on the main networks during primetime, but if you want more specifics plus to see the day you want highlighted, you can use the Personalized TV Schedule on your profile. If you haven't already tried it out, as long as you have a user account, you can Subscribe to shows, then whenever there are new episodes of those shows, the listing will appear on your Personalized TV Schedule on your profile.

If you need any help setting that up, let me know!

I know all about the personalized *My Profile* listings and how you can also go back to previous listings with that.

And now that I have complained - I got Sunday's listing on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON - very disappointed! Now it got worse instead of better - and what is one more step beyond ANNOYED?

Hi Danice, when you're saying you got Sunday's listing on Friday afternoon, are you still talking about the Calendar tab? If so, as mentioned, that one always has Sunday on top and Saturday on the bottom, no matter what day you check the tab.

If you mean somewhere different, let me know if I can help out. Thanks!

The problem is the DATE - Friday January 29 and I was looking at the schedule for Sunday January 31 - through to Feb 6th

I was looking once again at the NEXT Sunday listing when I wanted either a Friday - or Saturday listing

Sorry if I wasn't clear about that earlier.

For instance - it is now 6:55 AM on a Saturday morning - February 6th, 2010 (yes - very early morning) and I wanted to see what might be on for the evening line up and I
go to the Calendar tab and it starts with Sunday - February 7th, 2010 - as if SATURDAY Feb. 6th, doesn't exist!

And you are right - I can look up the line up for the following Saturday - February 13th, 2010 but that does me little good for tonight. I guess my solution is to keep complaining here - or to start looking at the Saturday schedule much earlier in the week - when it is still up and relevant.

Hi Danice, we change the TV Calendar at the end of the work week to show the upcoming week's scheduling. There isn't much new on Saturday nights, so we don't put that at the top and go ahead and change to the next week to show more relevant days with new TV airing. You can see the upcoming Saturday all week long the week before if you'd like to know what's on.

Otherwise, if there are particular Saturday shows you like and want to see if they're new, if you add them to your Subscriptions, you'll always see when there are new episodes of those shows on your Personalized TV Schedule. You can also check the Homepage Calendar that lists all shows that have new episodes for that day and a few days before and after the current day. Hope that can help!
