not receiving my listings

I can sign on with my new address but when I go to my profile page it has my old e-mail as narlywench@surewest.net and when I go to change it to my new one "narlywench@comcast.net" it says that address belongs to another account. Can you please help me fix this so I can get my reminders again?

Hi Lisa,
According to our system, the email 'narlywench@comcast.net' is already in use by the username 'narlywench.' Is this not you?

Yes this is me, but why haven't I received anything from you in a long time, is just because all my shows are on hiatus?  I'm following Almost Human & Castle and I got no news that they were airing new episodes last night, missed both of them!

It sounds like you have two different accounts. Keep in mind you'll only receive emails if you're tracking shows with the account that's signed up with that email address. Which SideReel account do you actually use? Both?

I only use my "narlywench@comcast.net" and it's showing a surewest account that I haven't had in about a year and a half but it won't let me change the "surewest" to "comcast". Can you help me? do I need to stop tracking and track again to all my shows?

Hi Lisa,
It sounds like you have two different SideReel accounts, one with the email 'narlywench@comcast.net' which is the 'narlywench' username I mentioned to you before, and another Facebook-Connected account with the name Lisa Walker Berg that's associated with the email 'narlywench@surewest.net'.
Again, these are two separate SideReel accounts you've created.
First, you'll need to figure out which SideReel account is the one you actually use that has all your tracked shows on it. If you're not sure, you should log into each one and check out your tracker and see which one is populated with the shows you've been tracking and other relevant user data.
Then, you can merge the two accounts into ONE fully-connected account by going here: http://www.sidereel.com/users/merge_accounts/choose_primary.
Make sure the 'Primary' account you select is the one that has all your shows on it.

Make sure your new merged account has the email you want associated with it – go to your tracker and check out your preferences.
