Notification page not working

I'm getting an error every time I try to access the "Notifications" page. It says "too many redirects". I've tried with multiple computers and multiple browsers, and I've cleared my cookies and tried it in private/incognito mode. Nothing works.

Actually, it looks like whatever notification was causing the problem has just moved to page 2. Now I can access my notifications page but if I try to go to page 2 I get the same error as before.

When I go to the notifications page I get an error message "SideReel is experiencing some technical difficulties. Our team is on it!

It has been doing it all week and the notification alert disappears even though the page didnt work.

Anytime I try to see my notifications, it sends me to an error page. It says "SideReel is experiencing some technical difficulties. Our team is on it!" It's said this for weeks. Does anyone else have this issue? I track a lot of shows and I'm missing all of my notifications and it's really frustrating! I'm just hoping it's fixable, to be honest.
