Paid subscription, but still seeing ads.

Jumped on the chance for the paid subscription because your ads have become unbearable for the last year. The site basically unusable. I understand you wanting to generate revenue but your UI and programmer should be fired.

So I pay for a subscription, sign into the iOS app, and the first thing I see is an ad at the bottom of the page. WTF!?

As is mentioned in our FAQ, the AllMusic Roundup iOS app is a separate property / technology from the website and still has ads on the main pages. If you navigate into the in-app browser and are logged in, the ads should not appear on the internal site pages.

Hi Snorterboy.
I see that you are a subscriber in our system and your payment went through fine so it should be working as expected.

As stated in our FAQ, it could be any number of things.

If you've just logged in, your browser may still be caching the pages you've already been to. Try doing a hard refresh of the page or clearing your browser cache

Make sure you're logged in.

Additional services like song lyrics and streaming radio are provided by 3rd parties outside of AllMusic and those few pages still will have ads.

Care to try these steps?

tried them all already including clearing cache - also tried safari and chrome and firefox on win10 and osx os - it was working initially after subscription
