Q1 2016 Music Review Requests

First of all, I'd like to praise the staff for their work so far this year. It's been difficult to draw up a list of recent releases I've been listening to that hadn't already been reviewed. Here are some overlooked entries I'd like to request reviews for:

  • Anna Meredith - Varmints
  • Årabrot - The Gospel
  • Black Tusk - Pillars of Ash
  • Denzel Curry - Imperial
  • The Jezabels - Synthia
  • Marlon Williams - Marlon Williams
  • Massive Attack - Ritual Spirit
  • Milk Teeth - Vile Child
  • Richmond Fontaine - You Can't Go Back If There's Nothing to Go Back To
  • Suhail Yusuf Khan / Jon Thorne / James Yorkston - Everything Sacred
It's understandable that the reviewers are busy - I don't expect most of these to get reviewed or any reviews to be written immediately. Any efforts to review even one of these releases is greatly appreciated.

Hi Matski,
Thanks for the positive feedback.

I've passed this request on to our editors, and I would encourage you to contribute your own reviews if you have opinions on these albums.

From our editorial staff:

from this list, we’re definitely going to cover Massive Attack, the Jezabels, and the Suhail Yusuf Khan (looking to have them in within 2-3 weeks). I’ll add the rest to an ad-hoc list that editors can look at and assign them.

Seeming as it has been mentioned, is there any word on what has happened to the Suhail Yusuf Khan album review?
