Record Catalog Number

Why have you dropped the original catalog number of the album?

You've even left it off of CDs currently available.

Hi Larry,

It's a little roundabout, but it's still possible to see Catalog numbers. To do this, go to an album page and click on "releases". Then, mouse over the different releases of a given album to see what those individual catalog numbers are.

The previous system was not so time consuming, a must better way for to quickly find what I wanted. Is this what they call progress? for me it's just a lot of time wasting, that i don't need.

In case you missed it, we made a change to our Releases tab on Album pages to display the label, catalog number and the album cover where available:
