Hi John,

Thank you for your inquiry. As a historical music database, we are filled with out-of-print albums going back for many years. We also provide media recognition services so that when people listen to CDs, even older ones, the track titles appear in their media player. As such, we do not generally remove old recordings from our database. Thanks for visiting AllMusic!

I am not interested in what you GENERALLY do. I want to close my account and REMOVE my tracks from your website. Not a difficult request.

Hi John,
We are aware of the two Get Satisfaction topics you opened (one of which I have since closed because it is essentially a duplicate post) and private feedback you have sent us over the past week or so, and as Dawn's reply above illustrates we have acknowledged your feedback.

If by "close your account" you're referring to an account you created by going to http://www.allmusic.com/join, you can handle that yourself by logging in (click the Log In link in upper right of any AllMusic page), then clicking the gear icon (again in the upper right), selecting Account Settings and then clicking Delete My Account. Please note this will not remove your credits or releases from our database.

I understand you'd like your tracks to be removed, but there are countless recordings in our database for historical and media recognition purposes; it's not just about today, presumably there are copies of those albums out in the world and nowadays people expect their computer to tell them what they're listening to.

If you would simply like to have the audio for the album I Remain to be removed you will need to contact Spotify and MOG. Looking at the album page the only offerings for listening to the tracks is streaming via Spotify and MOG. (For your reference, sound samples ripped on-site at AllMusic are denoted by gray colored player button icons to the left of the track title, e.g., http://www.allmusic.com/album/the-ver....) If you have already contacted those services about having your tracks removed, AllMusic data will update once the services' data updates, and those streaming audio icons will disappear from your album page.

Thank you, and let me know if you have further questions.
