I try to log into Sidereel using my IE11 browser and it does not work. I get one of two actions. One is it closes the IE tab and then closes the browser. The other action is that it closes the tab but does not close the browser. Either way I can't log into Sidereel with my IE browser.

Hi Terry,
That seems strange. Does it close when you go to the site at all or when you log in. If it is when you are logging in, is it with a username and password, or with Facebook?
Thanks,
Zaz

It only happens when I try to log in. I log in with a user name and password.

A few more questions:
1) What is your username?
2) What version of Windows are you using?
3) Are you able to successfully log in with a different browser?

Hi Terry,
We are working on replicating your problem, but so far we haven't. If you're comfortable with it, may we temporarily change your password to see if we can log in with your account on IE11 on a Windows 7 machine here?
In the meantime, you may also want to try logging in again today. As of this morning, we redeployed our code and it is possible (though not probably) that it resolved the problem.

I just tried now and I still have the same problem. Go ahead and change my password and run a test at your end. Just let me know when I can get back in and what the password is. Thanks

I was able to log in with your account on a Windows 7 machine with IE11 that was freshly updated. I'm not really sure what else to suggest except perhaps to clear your cookies and browser cache and restart your computer. You could also experiment with creating a new account as a test, but I am guessing that will have the same problem, if the former suggestions don't resolve it.
I'll email your password to you separately...

Sorry none of those suggestions fixes the problem and clicking on the 'Sign Up' link also shuts down my IE11 browser.

OK this is very strange. I had https:/www.sidereel.com
in my trusted sites
(Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites) .
I removed it from trusted sites and I can now log in.
