i unsubscribed from your new releases newsletter on december 17th and i am still receiving them.

i have today unsubscribed again, but i don't appreciate your ignoring my previous request.

Hi Matthew,
If you were one of the two people who contacted us about wanting to unsubscribe from the new releases newsletter but happened to ask during the inopportune time recently when we were switching between email marketing apps (meaning I could not simply go into the app and remove your address), that's on me. With the new features rolling out, along with other new initiatives and the fact that I'm one person, this ended up taking a lower priority than expected.

Having unsubscribed again, you should be all set. However, I can double check tomorrow if you email support@allmusic.com. In the email body, please a) mention that I directed you there via our Get Satisfaction and b) provide the address you had used to subscribe/unsubscribe.
