When I try to change my Timezone under preferences it resets itself (should be GMT but keeps reverting to Eastern Time US)

Weird! If you don't mind sending me your user name, I can try to change it myself in the system and see if I have the same problem.

I am having the same problem. I went into my profile and it had set my time zone to United Kingdom.

I should be Melbourne GMT and Country Australia.

If you could help that would be fantastic

Hi Susie,

We decided to display the original air time because our audience was confused by the time shifted air times in the Tracker Calendar, which did not match what they were seeing in other calendars on the site. You're time zone setting to Dublin should be not effected by this change.

I have the same problem. My timezone should be GMT+10 Melbourne, AUS but it's been displaying Eastern/Pacific regardless of how much I update my profile. Can this please be fixed? It's an incredible inconvenience.

I think that's a silly choice to change it to the air time. How is it confusing that when you set your own timezone, you will be seeing the time it airs according to where you live? It's one of the BEST FEATURES of Sidereel. Please change it back!!!!

As of 1:45 PDT today, the Tracker time zone feature has been restored. You should again see your personal time zone reflected on the Eastern air times.  For example, a show airing at 8pm Eastern will show in the Tracker calendar as 5pm Pacific, so you know when links may will become available for that episode.
