My tracker under the calender only loads a "loading" gif.
It has been that way for several days now
I do not have any flash or ad blockers
I have deleted my cookies and cleared pretty much everything from browser except saved passwords
Not sure what to do at this point really.

Hi Rodney--

Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, could you let us know what OS and browser you are using?

Also, can you try loading your tracker using a different browser, and let us know if you experience the same issue.

Thanks!

I'm using windows 7 and my main OS is chrome but the problem does still occur in firefox and opera for me. I only installed opera to test it out and uninstalled it lol.
i do not currently have Explorer on my computer for personal reasons which is why the opera download.

Hi Rodney,

Let's see if we can do some remote troubleshooting! May I ask what your username is on SideReel? And how do you usually sign in, through Facebook, Twitter, or a SideReel login?

Thanks!

Could I impose on you to try to access your Tracker from another device? I'm curious if we can narrow this down to an account issue or something to do with with compatibility...

Thanks again for your help, Rodney!

Hi again, Rodney!

Okay, I've got our engineers on it, but while they try to diagnose and fix the underlying issues, I do have a couple of suggestions if you'd like to try to get access to your tracker in the meantime.

One possibility is for you to start up Chrome and hit Control+Shift+J before going to the tracker: we think there may be a Javascript error somewhere else on the page that short circuits the Tracker's loading, and if there are useful errors in the chrome console that will speed up our understanding of what's going awry.

Another guess (and this is a shot in the dark), but Facebook avatars can very rarely throw our account logic for a loop, and you might try changing your profile picture before logging back into SideReel.

We're on the case, and I'll keep you posted as we figure out what's up!

Not if i'm supposed to do anything else of just write this off as an oh-well moment.
Also point of interest. on IE none of the links actually show up. They just load indefinitely as if trying to show all sites. But i'm going to chalk that up to the fact i disabled just about everything in it today before i gave it permission to run lol

Hi folks!

There are some lingering issues after an update earlier in the week, and we're working as fast as we can to get them patched up. In this case, it looks like certain uncommon characters in usernames are the culprit; may I ask what your SideReel usernames are?

Thanks for your patience!

Hi!

That can't be the case since I login with Facebook.

Good luck patching things up!
