Won't load at all when I click Tracker. Loading gears turn forever... The app has been working great for the past few months, but not today for some reason. This just started in the past hour or so. I texted a friend to see if his is working and he said it isn't working for him either! Thanks.

Hi Khatie,

Are you using the iOS app?  We will check out the problem and see what we can find.  We performed a major upgrade on our system today and it may have impacted the tracker.

In the meantime, you can now access your tracker on your phone via the mobile site.

Thanks for reporting this issue.  We will get back to you soon.

Thanks,
Zaz

Hi folks,

If you are able to use a username/email and password to log into the app, you should be able to see you tracker. If you have only ever used Facebook to log in, you'll need to use the mobile site to see your tracked shows until we can give you a password tomorrow or fix the Facebook authentication issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience!

Thanks ,
Zaz

My app is not showing any of my shows that I have been tracking, I've logged in and out several times and nothing! What is the issue?

Thank you for your patience. Our engineering team is working to resolve this issue which affects Facebook logged in users. Tracking shows, viewing your schedule, marking episodes as watched and viewing your tracker will not work on the app until the issue is resolved. We hope to get a fix out for this today.

If you are able to use a username/email and password to log into the app, you should be able to see you tracker. If you have only ever used Facebook to log in, you'll need to use the mobile site (on your phone's browser) to see your tracked shows until we can give you a password tomorrow or fix the Facebook authentication issue.

Logged in after logging and none of my shows appear.

I logged in and then back into my account and everything that is on my desktop has disappeared from my iOS app. I realize that this was my fault to log out and then back in, but I hope that u can fix this quickly and not have us iOS app users lingering for days w/o an update to the app and I hope that I haven't deleted the info regarding the shows that I tracking. And yes I do realize that is a known issue.

Facebook login is now fixed on the app. If you launch the SideReel app again, you should see all your shows appear in your Tracker, if you remained logged in.  If not, simply log in again with Facebook from the app.
