Unable to sign in on sidereel.com and app

I am unable to sign in, both on sidereel.com and on the Sidereel app. I have changed my password twice, I've made sure I am using the correct email, I have cleared cookies and cache, I have deleted the app and tried another browser but am still unable to sign in to my account.

Hi Caroline! It actually looks like your account had been deactivated. I reactivated it for you, so you should be able to sign in again! Let me know if you have any more trouble.

I'm having this problem too.  It does happen occasionally but usually when I try to log in with my username (Flump0508) i get access.  This morning nothing is working - username, email address, new password, old password etc.  Like most people I've got a few years worth of tracked shows all lined up so I really dont want to start again.  Please help!

Oh no Alex, I can't find that email.   Regardless, I have reset the password quite a few times and it hasnt worked.   please help.  Its been nearly a week now!

Hi again. Sorry to hear that! The email associated with your account is 'sol.gp@virgin.net,' which is the one I emailed with your temporary password. I can forward the email to a different address of your preference!

I regained access to the account, everything was fine but today it happened all over again :-(
Please help me to gain access to my account again Alex.  Pretty pretty please!!!!
