Email registration is not working- i've tried everything in your FAQs. The email seems to just not be sending from SideReel. I've been trying to register for 2 weeks.

Hi Matt, we've had some issues particularly with hotmail accounts not receiving the confirmation emails, so if you're using hotmail, I'd recommend trying out another email address if you have one.

If that's not the case, let me know what email server you're using plus confirm with me that you've not only tried lowering security settings on your email, but added info@sidereel.com to your contacts. Thanks!

Hi Kendra! I've checked my emails via the server via the web email panel where there are no rules or filters (bypassing my computers local email client altogether). My domain is hosted by Network Solutions. The email appears to never having been sent. ...Matt

Hi Matt, do you have a yahoo or gmail email account you can add to your SideReel account instead?

Great, thanks for letting me know! We're working on the issues with delivering to some email servers, so thanks for adding to the report of the issues.
