The last part of my review keeps getting cut off, without notifying me what's wrong, it just doesn't show up(so annoying!). I didn't have this issue with the very first review I wrote.

Is there a character limit on sidereel reviews now(like tweets have)?

Hi Kaisa,

Where are you seeing your review cut off? Can you paste the link of the page in question?

Hi Kaisa,

It looks like you've reviewed three shows:

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
Fugget About It
Forever

Which one are you seeing cut off? I've linked the above to your reviews. They all look right to me.

Or were you referring to the "More..." on the review when it's on the show page itself? That's normal, and clicking on 'More' will take the reader to the full review.

Well, obviously I didn't want to post a half written review, so i made it shorter until all of the text showed up. I first encountered this when reviewing Fugget about it, as you can see one line showed up and not even a full sentence, grr, i had at least two-three more sentences, unfortunately didn't care enough at the time to complain. Forever was my latest review that i had to keep clipping until all of the text showed up. the orginal went something like this:

"How is this show in danger, again!?! o_0 It's the ONLY exciting detective TV show left. Let's face it, Bones and Castle have gone on way too long (the writers have simply run out of material), and my all time favorites such as Lie to Me, and The Finder (which included Michael Clarke Duncan <3) get cancelled! madness"

As you can see, I snipped out some words and spaces to make it fit.

Hi Kaisa,

Some of our reviews are quite long, e.g. http://www.sidereel.com/matador/user_reviews/3639

Are you just trying to make your review fit into the textarea? Because you can enter a lot of text and let it scroll as much as you want. All of the text you enter will show up once you click Submit.

Also, I tried posting through Google Chrome and Internet Explorer thinking it's a browser issue, same result :(

This is what you should be seeing:

<--- With "More >>" at the end that is a link to the full review you posted.

We limit the characters in that box so that longer reviews don't take over the show page. But it's not cutting off your actual review on the review page, or it shouldn't be.

The same is true for the Forever review, where the box looks like this:
<--- But clicking "More >>" gives the full review you posted.

Hi Kaisa! Sorry for all the confusion — this isn't a problem we've really experienced yet, so we were trying to get to the bottom of it! The issue with your Forever review was the "<3" heart you included — the post editor thinks it's html code and is trying to do magic with it. :) Try posting a longer review without the "<" character and let me know if you still have an issue with length.

Hi again Kaisa! Our crafty engineers have fixed this bug, so you can include as many <3s as you want now ;) Thanks for helping us discover (and fix) this glitch!
