Problems logging into app or all tracked shows seem to have disappeared

Wondering why all the shows I was tracking disappeared?!?

Suddenly this morning it said that I was not tracking any shows...(I am tracking over 100) and after re-downloading the app I now can no longer log in...it keeps telling me "Invalid Login..please try again"
PLEASE HELP!!

I updated the app and updated my iOS but my shows still aren't tracked. Any idea why?

I had to delete the app then redownload it. When I logged back in they were there.

Logged in to phone app. App indicated no shows are being tracked- contrary to the email reminder I received the morning. Attempted to log out and the back in. Password not work in phone app. Rest password. Still not accepting password on app. Keeps saying invalid login.

To everyone still having issues AFTER updating. First, try completely deleting and reinstalling the app. After that, please make sure you login via the same method you always have. If you are logging in via Facebook and seeing a blank tracker, this likely means you were not using Facebook before and are accessing a new, blank account (and you must login with your email address or username to access your old account). If you need to reset your password, you can do so here: https://www.sidereel.com/users/password/new)

Recently the iPhone app, which I've been using for a long time, started saying I'm not tracking any shows. When I log in via a web browser, my data is still there, but it's not visible on the app even though I double checked and made sure I was logged on with the same account in the browser and the app. Looking at app reviews recently, others are having the same problem. Is a bug fix in the works?

When I open the app on my iPhone, it says I’m not tracking any shows - nada. When I open the website through google, etc., I can see all of my tracked shows. It’s been like this for a few weeks.
