Won't mark as wached on the iPhone app

Every time I mark an episode as watched on the iPhone app it just doesn't do it. This problem just occurred, it worked before!

Hi folks,

We have been working hard to solve this bug -- it's tricky! We know it is frustrating for you and getting this working again is a high priority for us. 

If you encounter a "frozen" episode, there are couple of things to try. If that's the case, please follow these steps:

1) Go to your tracker on the web site, click All Episodes, then uncheck and recheck the episode BEFORE the one that won't stay marked, then reload the tracker.

2) If that doesn't work, try untracking and retracking the show or in the case of a show you are marking from the list view, remove from the show from the list and add it again.

3) If your problem is on the iOS app do the above on the web site FIRST, then restart your app.

If none of these things solve your problem, please comment on this reply with your account information and we will look into individual cases.

Again, we know how important the tracker is and that it is annoying when it doesn't work properly! Thanks so much for reporting this issue and helping us work through it together.

To all users with "frozen" episodes, please reload your tracker and try again. We just pushed another fix for this bug and it would be great to hear if it was successful.

We know how frustrating this is and hope the problem is resolved for you all now.
