Hi Michelle, is that happening on your Personalized TV Schedule on your profile page? If not, let me know where you're seeing that issue, but if so, can you take a screenshot of what it looks like and post it here? You can do so just by taking the screenshot, then clicking 'add an image' in your reply post on here to upload it into your reply.

Thanks!

That's odd! Thanks for the screenshot. Can you let me know your SideReel username? If you'd rather not post it here, you can send an email to contact@sidereel.com.

My TV schedule thinks it's April... so I have no idea if my shows are on or not.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled
Date issues.

tomthegoose, as you can see by my merge with another topic, you're not the only one having this issue.

It could possibly be a confusion with the TV Schedule reverting back to a sample as it would look before you have any subscriptions added because many shows took a holiday break, meaning the schedule could have translated no new episodes meaning no subscriptions to try to pick up.

Try adding Heroes to your subscriptions since that has a new episode tonight, and see if that then changes your schedule to showing Heroes then a blank week following if none of your other subscriptions have new episodes this week.

Let me know if that helps and then we can check if this is a bug we need to fix up!

I checked into it further, and that is indeed what the TV Schedule looks like when there just aren't any new episodes airing or coming up of any of the shows you are subscribed to. The messaging on there is more meant for when you haven't added any shows as opposed to your shows aren't on, so we'll work up something more clear for that situation.

Thanks!
