After playing 5 songs the speaker stops playing. Could it be the amp?

It is a TS 115 W. Running off an iphone or ipad. Worked great the past 5 years.

  • Hello,

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having issues with your product.

It sounds like your product may need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alto Pro Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.

Make sure to reference or link this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
    • This form letter is of no use. I would like an answer of the options it could be. ie driver or amp or something else. The unit is out of the country in a remote church in central america so I would have to bring parts down with me. Can I buy the from you and if not, please guide me to who!

  • If you have been playing them too loud I suspect the driver has blown. I have replaced and upgraded mt driver. It is now superior to the cheaper one fitted by the manufacturers
