Alto Radius 200 - replacement lavalier microphone - Pitfalls

I have two Alto Radius 200 systems. Neither are being used at the same time but both share a similar issue: Replacement lavalier microphone all fit the belt-pack transmitter using a TA4F fitting but only one in five mics works. What am I doing wrong? If the headsets didn't work fine on my old JTS US-8001D single channel system I would say it is a problem with cheap headsets however, they all work on that system. What am I missing here? For example, would this work on either of my Radius 200 's: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Headset-Head...
In theory it should but I'm becoming reluctant to keep buying new mics if I can't see what the problem is. Anyone else had similar issues?

    Thanks for posting.

    Yes, the linked microphone should work fine with your system. However, if you're experiencing issues with the mics only working intermittently with the Radius system or only a few of them are working, you may need to service the Radius.

    Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alto Pro Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    I think the problem is that the Radius 200 system only works with Dynamic microphones and you have probably got condenser microphones. This is a major pitfall of this otherwise excellent system, and probably why it has been discontinued. I have been unable to find any skin colored headset mics with Dynamic cartridges. If this information was available prior to purchase then I would have brought something else. The technical support people don't event know this!
