Trouper or Truesonic for vocals?

The Trouper is marketed as a "PA system" for small venues but what makes it more of a "PA system" than a Truesonic powered speaker? Does one sound better than the other?

I have never used the True Sonic, but I can verify that the Trouper is warm and clean and sounds great!
