TS112a Speakers Smoking

I recently had an issue with my TS112a speakers. I had input to one speaker and using the mixout xlr to my second speaker. With both volume knobs at 0 and no music playing yet, I flipped a speaker on and smoke was coming out of the back! I immediately turned off the speaker to go check on the second. I unplugged the connection between the speakers and the input, and powered on the second speaker. This speaker started smoking as well WITH NO CONNECTIONS! Currently when I power them on the only thing that starts up is the fan. The green power light does not come on. I am really disappointed, considering I have already tried to contact support via email/website and phone and still have not gotten a response after 3 weeks.

    Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear that happened. 

    Where were your speakers stored? It would be very odd for 2 speakers to have the same exact issue, especially if it happened back to back. 

    It sounds like your product may need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! 

    These speakers are not under warranty so I would recommend reaching out directly to one of our repair centers to see if they can take a look at them for you :)
