Poor customer service and follow up

I have had a case with amazon support for the past 20 days. Can someone please escalate and help me out? I am getting the run around from customer service and about to cancel my acct. Coming from yahoo stores I was excited to try out amazon webstores but so far extremely disappointed. Having had only good experiences as both an amazon.com merchant and customer I am more or less shocked to see how poor the webstore support is. For what its worth my case id is 54929761.
