Webstore sitemap updates and product feed data not showing on google webmaster tools?

I have verified my webstore by amazon on google webmaster tools and while crawl errors, keywords, search inquiries etc. show on the webmaster tools dashboard under our website when i looked in "sitemaps" there were no sitemaps available for my website.

however, when i went to "crawler access" it gave our websites robot.txt analysis which was displayed as this:

# **Dynamically Generated Sitemap Entries - Do not modify. Custom entries should be added above this line.**

Sitemap: http://www.handbdigital.com/detail-si...
Sitemap: http://www.handbdigital.com/content-s...
Sitemap: http://www.handbdigital.com/browse-si...

}

So I manually added these 3 sitemaps to our websites webmaster tools :
Sitemap: http://www.handbdigital.com/detail-si...
Sitemap: http://www.handbdigital.com/content-s...
Sitemap: http://www.handbdigital.com/browse-si...

Amazon says that they create and submit our sitemaps to google for us. However, can you guys account for why the sitemaps were not being displayed in my verified website through webmaster tools? Our website has been verified on webmaster tools for over a year now, does this mean that google has not had our sitemaps for the entire time we have had our website?

ALSO, Amazon says that they automatically submit our product feeds to Google Product Search and theFind.com. Our last "product feed was submitted on 03/23/2012, and included 2310 products." We use Google Merchant Center to view our data feeds that have been submitted to google, yet there are no recent feeds available for viewing, no products, there is nothing.

So, basically the situation overall is that amazon says they automatically take care of submitting sitemaps and product feeds to google for webstore by amazon sellers unless we choose to manually to do so. We have elected you to automatically submit these feeds and sitemaps for us yet we would still like to be able to see them from our end - like where they are going, what was submitted.. we want to be able to monitor these things.

Additionally, many of our products DO NOT show up in google shopping product search even though we checked it to make sure it had all the proper requirements and right information to be listed there.

This is becoming quite frustrating for us. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

    Hello there,

I've checked Google help pages on this and it appears to be a default behaviour for Google crawler:

    http://support.google.com/webmasters/...

Still this is quite normal and won't interfere in indexing your webstore by Google. The sitemaps are there, indexed and updated on a daily basis so there is no need to worry about this.

As for the google shopping feeds, they are updated on a daily basis as well, please note however that there is about 48 hours delay between the feed itself and the products on the google shopping page.

I've checked few random products from your inventory and they all seem to be showing properly on google shopping site, eg. garmin forerunner:

    http://www.google.com/products/catalo...

    I hope this helps,

Please let me know if you need any more information on this

    Regards
    Andrew
