Can't confirm order with groupon code - select payment method

Can't confirm order on last page of checkout as I am prompted to Select Payment Method. I click on edit and confirm that one (any!) of the check boxes is selected, it is, and it has accepted my groupon code, but when going back to the confirmation page it forgets my payment method again! Very frustrating.

Hi Chris,

Really sorry about this bug - I can appreciate how annoying it must be.

I've just gone through the Checkout process myself with a dummy groupon code and it's working for me. No excuse though, as it must be browser/config related (which we need to fix asap).

Could you confirm the Internet browser you are using, the version along with the operating system of your PC?

In the meantime, if you'd like to ping me a personal email with your groupon code, email address and telephone number I will arrange for one of our sales guys to give you a call to take the order?

You can redeem the voucher either at the Shopping Basket page or when you go through the Checkout process. Just enter the voucher in the box and then press the "Redeem" button.

Guess what .... I am also having the same problem
I am trying to order from my I pad...if that makes a difference...looking at the comments about browsers/operating systems...maybe.
Anyone got any ideas ?

I have the same problem - ordering from a mac - does it make a difference? Saying invalid code...

Hi Amanda,

We've isolated the problem to the Safari browser running on either an Apple Mac computer or iPad. Our developers are currently fixing the problem.

In the meantime, if you have access to a PC or different computer - could you give it a try?

Hi Guys,

Really sorry about all of these problems. Some teething problems with our new website combined with this Groupon deal left our web server struggling to keep up. I'm pleased to say everything should now be working though. I've been monitoring the Groupon orders coming through thick and fast with the codes working correctly.

I have had the same issue, I am using Opera internet browser on a PC running Windows 7.

It appeared to accept the choice of payment, went through to Paypal and died after I put in the details, I received no email confirmation from Paypal of the transaction being made, but when I retried to place the order, it says that the voucher has already been redeemed.

The order was made around 21:53 GMT on the 5th March. Is there any way that you can track the order or verify what went wrong?

Having checked our system, I see an order was placed on the 5th, however it seems the system failed to process the payment.

I too have had issues purchasing online using a Groupon voucher which runs out on Monday. First it was telling me that my shopping basket contained nothing after completing the purchasing process numerous times, and NOW its saying that my code is invalid! With only two days to go before the voucher expires, please tell me how i can obtain the goods i have already paid for, considering you're opening times are Monday to Friday.

I'm trying to get my Groupon voucher coupon credited, I cannot get it to take when I place my order and after spending $44.99 for the voucher, it still says I owe $154.00. Very scary.

Unfortunately I'm not aware of any Groupon offers at the moment and the last deal I can remember us doing with them expired 23 June 2012; although I could obviously be wrong here since I may just not have been made aware of one.

In this case I'd advise speaking to Groupon so they can take a look, since they have provided you with this code to you, or failing that you're welcome to copy the details for the deal (including a link if possible) so we can take a look ourselves.
