z2's player doesn't play album's track in the right order.

Hello, recently I've got Cowon z2 32G from you (order 455051). The problem: the player is not able to play album's tracks in the right order (1, 2, etc - according to "track number" tag) - in fact, it looks like it plays them in random order. Obviously, when one listens to a musical or a classical concerto, it's a must to play tracks according to the tag "track number". I can assure you that "track number" in tag informations are proper and valid; moreover I did copy albums (i.e. files in the directory for the album) exactly as they were first on CD and then on my previous plyer (Creative Zen). Is it possible to help? Otherwise, I consider the player as unusable.

Dear Valery,

Thank you for your message. Could you possibly send us one of the files which you have copied to the player so we can see what it does on a demo player? The reason we ask is that we seemingly haven't had this problem reported before so will need to do some testing for you.

Dear Elliot, thanks for your reply. I understand that you suggest to send the file by email - but what is your address? In the email I've got it's starts from 'noreply.amp3'!

Dear Valery,

The best email address to use would be 'sales@amp3.co.uk' as that will come straight to our main inbox. Moreover, in case a message appears saying that the file is too big attach to an email you should be able to send it free through www.yousendit.com as that should just give us a link to download it from their servers instead.

Hope that helps.
