Empower All Employees to Create a New Event

We would like to give all our employees the ability to create a new event and promote that event via the Angel Points tool. Today, only employees with system admin rights have a manage tab, which is where you go to create a new event. We would like for our employees to access the manage tab without accessing the "set-up" tab so they can create their own volunteer events. This encourages employees to take the lead on volunteer opportunities and will be very helpful during our global volunteer week. Last year during our volunteer week we had over 240 volunteer events managed by employees, but it was a mess because the employee event managers had no idea how to create the event or who to go to. So the employees who had system admin rights had to create a "shell" for the event for all the employee coordinators.
