Accuracy of the ecobee3' remote sensor (occupancy) data?

Ecobee3's remote sensors values for occupancy seems to be always false although the occupancy is true at the physical thermostat.

See the raw data from ecobee3:

8:48:57 PM: debug selectTempSensors>ecobeeSensors data = [[id:rs:102, inUse:false, name:Living Room, code:DLM6, type:ecobee3_remote_sensor, capability:[[id:1, value:730, type:temperature], [id:2, value:false, type:occupancy]]], [id:rs:100, inUse:false, name:Downstairs, code:CTD7, type:ecobee3_remote_sensor, capability:[[id:1, value:652, type:temperature], [id:2, value:false, type:occupancy]]], [id:rs:101, inUse:false, name:Office, code:CMY9, type:ecobee3_remote_sensor, capability:[[id:1, value:657, type:temperature], [id:2, value:false, type:occupancy]]]]
