What are the definition and range of the weather:forecasts:sky and visibility fields, and what units are they in?

    Hi,

    This will be added to our documentation:

    Visibility:
    The measurement of distance, in meters, at which an object can be clearly discerned.
    Definition: see Standard ICAO Annex3, Visibility "a)"
    Range: typically 0 – 70,000m but could be higher, though not very likely
    e.g. "Extremely clean Arctic or mountainous areas, the visibility can be up to 70 kilometers"
