I’m confused

App store submission requires purpose strings for features that are not used in the app

My appery app for IOS does not use the camera or photo library. However my submission to the app store failed with this error.

"- Your app's code references one or more APIs that access sensitive user data. The app's Info.plist file should contain a NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription key with a user-facing purpose string explaining clearly and completely why your app needs the data. "

My first thought was that this was caused by certain plugins being enabled by default in my project that I don't need or use in the app. Is this the case and if so is there a way to disable those plugins? or does the issue lie elsewhere?
