Weird glitch white box showing up on bottom of page. Only on iPhone.

I've been developing an app with 3 screens. Currently, the start screen is a login page, and the second page contains a a map, some buttons, popups, and side panels... For some odd reason, when I export the app to binary .ipa, and install it on my iPhone 5s (iOS 7.0.4), there's a weird looking white box that appears on the bottom right of my screen, overlaying the footer, and preventing one of my buttons from showing up where it should. Here's a snapshot from when I test the app in the browser (on my app):

It looks great!. But here's one when I run it from the installed ipa:

Notice how the footer has some kind of white box over it, and my button isn't showing up in the correct location...

Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I am tempted to recreate this page from blank, but there are so many things that I would have to redo, and would like for that to be a last resort...

Thank you!
