I can not login to Basecamp with PlannerX. It gives me authentication failed error.

Here's a quick summary of issues with logging in to your Basecamp account via PlannerX.
Hope this helps.
- Ensure you tick SSL option if SSL is used on your Basecamp account. All paid plans have SSL on by default.
- You can continue logging in with your Basecamp username & password. If you wish, you can also login with the "token" for third party applications. You can find it under your profile information. Use token as username and "X" as password in such a case.
- OpenID works. If you are using OpenID to login, you will have to use the third party access token as username and "X" as password.
- Make sure you have API access enabled. You can do that from your "Account" page.
