  • Hi Rick,

    What is the actual query that's failing? You would have got that in the email. If not posting it here, could you email it to us at support at appsmagnet dot com?

  • We fixed it, but not by installing the hacks, our programmer did something... Will post solution here on monday to help out others with this error!

    (possibly was something concerning the fact that we run an IIS server not Apache? We did get the module running in a local php/mysql installation)

  • Our programmer installed only one file out of the 'hacks' folder, it was:

    'BaseProjectObject.class.php'

    That made it work!

    (The reason we don't want to install al the hacks is because of upgrading ActiveCollab and reinstalling all these hacks, we would rather have it all be modules so you can upgrade!)
    • Hi Rick,

      Oh yes! We would love it to be all module and no hacks as well. But some functionality requires core hacks. Frankly, we haven't done a lot of cool new things simply because we will have to make many core hacks.

      This also led us to offer acGarage. A service where we manage activeCollab upgrades and upgrades to all of our modules (along with some others). Whenever AC is upgraded, we upgrade our hacks and upload them to client's servers. We test and ensure everything is working alright. Saves a lot of trouble for clients.

      Thanks for posting this! Appreciated!

  • I’m bummed!
    Same error with an install of Planning Module installed before the 2.3.5 update was installed.

    (Object)#0
    div = (Object)#1
    p = (mx.collections::ArrayCollection)#2

    Information in this thread is 1+ years old, I am inquiring to find out if there is a different solution to this, other than telling my boss I must ask to have another $199 spent on aC Garage to fix what we have already purchased.

    Please advise ASAP.
