Hello. I love the concept of ArcadeFly, and have some ideas for you I thought I'd share. =)
Message board: This way, it brings everyone closer as a community. A good way to communicate, plus you or someone else could post announcements or any other kind of information related to Arcadefly. People could chit-chat or post reviews about different arcades or games, recommend good arcade spots at a given location... etc. Of course, these are also good ideas for the actual site, I'd say. A review section, a recommendation section...
Game/Arcade of the day/week/month: I don't know which one you would rather do, or if it'd be submitted by you or users(or both), but this could be a pretty nifty concept. It showcases, well... games and arcades. This can open up eyes to games one might not have played, and arcade spots that seem interesting enough to want to visit.
Just some ideas. I don't know how busy you are, or if you'd even want to, but if you do like any of these ideas or have anything to say, my email is [private contact info removed]. Thanks for reading =).

EMPLOYEEI’m happy0I like both ideas! The message board is definitely something that will come. I'm considering doing a message board for each arcade and game -- kind of like how gamefaqs has message boards for each game.
Having a general message board, or regional ones does seem like a good idea though. To start out they wouldn't be too active, but they definitely help build a community. The users would have to tie in with the users on the site of course, which would make adding it a bit weird, but people wouldn't want to login twice.
The featured arcades/games would be cool too. I think I want to do that as a phase 3 kind of thing (phase 3 is adding value for arcade owners). These would have to be games/arcades that have a lot of info on them I think, this might come later on once we have a little more information on some arcades and games.
