Hi Chen Lee,

This is very simple to fix,

If you want to replace your old laptop with this new one then you just need to change your registered device with us. If you want to use this new laptop as well as the old laptop then you will need to purchase the 4 Extra package. Once you have the 4Extra package then follow these same steps as below however click 'add a new device' rather than 'edit connection details'.

4Extra can be purchased by logging onto your account and selecting upgrade package.

To change your registered devices follow the instructions below.

Type '' in the address bar of your preferred browser (i.e Internet explorer or Firefox)
Click 'My Account'
Enter your User name and Password and click 'Login'
select 'Manage Connections'
Select 'Upgrade package/edit connection'
Select 'Edit Connection Details'
Replace the MAC address field with the MAC address of your device
Click 'Save'

Now Restart the device you want to access the network. Once this has restarted you will be able to access the Internet.

If you have any problems or questions please do not hesitate to call us on 0845 123 8710.

To find your MAC address

For a laptop or PC
This can be found by plugging the machine into the Internet connection and opening a web page, this should re-direct you to the ASK4 sign up page where it will show your MAC address at the bottom of the page.

For a Nintendo Wii
1) From the home screen, select the "Wii" button in the lower left hand corner.
2) From here, select "Wii Settings" which will be the on-screen button on the right.
3) On this screen, select the right arrow to advance to the 2nd set of settings.
4) Select the "Internet" option.
5) Select the "Console Information" option.
6) The MAC address will be listed under "USB Ethernet Adapter MAC Address".

For a Xbox 360
1. Go to the System area of the Xbox Dashboard and select Network Settings.
2. Select Edit Settings.
3. From Additional Settings, select Advanced Settings.
4. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called Wired MAC Address.

For a PS3
