ALERT: Why am I getting the following error on the website: "Validation failed, Please input a valid PIN!"?

There is a known issue where the customer can create or update their Password/PIN on their device to include characters, but the website will not accept a Password/PIN with characters. While this is being fixed, have the customer change their PIN on their device to only include numbers and then they will be able to log in to the website.

- Launch the app
- Go to Settings > Change PIN
- Enter the old PIN, select a new PIN that only contains numbers, confirm the new PIN and click Save
