Go to metropcs.com to get a MetroPCS login or a forgotten password or to reset your current password.

I should add that if you had a MetroBACKUP account, go to metrototalprotection.com > Forgot Your Mobile App PIN to get your MetroBACKUP PIN and use this PIN to install Metro Total Protection on your new/replacement device.

Interesting technical issue on metroBACKUP. My cell phone says already active. Website: Metro Total Protection says "We're sorry. Your account has been canceled." - I've opened a trouble ticket. I hope it gets corrected quickly. Thanks Tech Support.

A problem of my account being tapped into to say i am not on my own contract and to pay when non is to pay. My number is being used by phone computer and or what is called a monitor. I am saying I started the business. Contract is in whom lies owns the business. cntr dpt 7692885431008752889. Send figures through to pull up contract and laws by which tampering for free service is illegal. I'm desperately trying to file a claim with Asurion and I'm getting the run around. I tried to file a claim and It's still "under warranty" by the manufacture? I need a new replacement asap and I just don't know what to do. My phone is a HUAWEI M860 and I've only had this phone for about 5 to 6 months now and supposedly even though I have insurance on my phone, I'm suppose to go to the manufacture to receive a new phone. WHAT? Why in the world am I paying for insurance if I have to go to the manufacture? I don't even know where to go for any info to contact the manufacture??? HELP ME PLEASE I don't know what to do,I just know I need a new phone since my present phone is malfunctioning. It hasn't been abused or isn't damaged at all including water damage, it's all technical.

How about managing your employees? How about treating a customer right? How about sending a phone that works after you get your money? why am i on hold for 30 minutes though? Nobody wants to talk when their equipment doesn't work, but if I calling to send yall some money it was be a different thing

I have a MetroPCS Huawei Andriod - M860... I have gone to a MetroPCS central store and reported the problem but they did nothing... I cannot download the MetroPCS Total Protection App... it tells me I have an invalid pin... but I don't because my pin was e-mailed to me but I keep getting the same message... and it will not backup my contacts. Also it will not recognize my MetroPCS e-mail address. I am not able to make payments over my phone because of this. I like my phone but I am getting really frustrated to the point I just might go with another carrier. I don't want to leave MetroPCS but I can't have a phone that doesn't do what it is supposed to do either.

I am home bound, w/internet only. Attempting to file a claim on my phone that WILL NOT WORK and have no other. System will not accept my ship to add. It is a UPS MailBox Store. why is the sound alarm and locate phone etc. features not showing up on website? All it shows me is my backed up contacts.

This happened to me today as well, I was told by UPS to contact Asurion to have it investigated however, with no phone and only internet it is so hard to fix this problem . wish their was a CHAT BOX at least to contact Asurion regarding this. I Believe I also requested it be signed for instead of just leaving it on the porch. Being disabled and no phone not good.

Hello, my number is 510........ I was going to test my metro total protection but when it asks me to enter my password it keeps telling me it's the wrong password. I'm 100% sure I'm entering the right password and I even requested it online and I got the same passsword I've been typing. I entered it again. I got the same message.
In the event I loss my cell the total protection won't help me at all if it doesn't recognize my password. It's frustrating. What should I do?

What if i want to upgrade my replacement phone before it's sent? There's no way to tell you this because you provide no way to reach a live person after sending me the email saying you'll be sending the back-ordered phone in mail "as soon as it is available". Can't I upgrade? How to inform you?

My mom lost her phone last week but won't have the service suspended. Almost as tho she knows who found her phone or lent it out but don't remember to who! I'm not sure what happened. She's kinda old, 73. But what gets me mad is that someone out there is getting a free phone that's connected and my mom is paying for it!!! How do I get it suspended if she don't wanna go into the store to tell them she lost it at the casino. As if they will be mad at her or won't believe her. Help me. I need answers

when i log into my metro total protection account it says that my account has been canceled..and i have not canceled it..

i called customer service and they said all they can do is put in a ticket for 1 to 5 days.. how can we fix this now??

I'm having the same issue. I will keep track to make sure they don't charge me for the service. I know it's just $1 but (a dollar is a dollar). Good luck to you. I've contact MetroPCS technical support a few days ago. No response as yet. My phone shows active but the website says "canceled". Really weird.
