EMPLOYEE0Are the contacts grayed out?
If they are, then that means that they have not been designated to sync with the device. Do the following to get the contacts to sync to the device:
- Log into your account online
- Click "Add/Remove Contacts" > click the double right arrows to move all contacts to the "Contacts on" side > click Save
- Initiate a sync
