metroguard will not work and cannot get contacts to sync

i cant get the metro guard to work or sync the contacts that are showin saved on the computer when i log in to sync to my phone.

Are the contacts grayed out?

If they are, then that means that they have not been designated to sync with the device. Do the following to get the contacts to sync to the device:

- Log into your account online
- Click "Add/Remove Contacts" > click the double right arrows to move all contacts to the "Contacts on" side > click Save
- Initiate a sync

I setup 13 contacts on m phone but none of them are syncing to the database.
