my pin dosen't work

I have a Samsung r570m. I got it used from a friend and put a new number on it, and ordered metro backup. metro set it up and sent me a pin number, that has not worked. I went to total protection web site and it sent me the same pin code witch still did not work. I removed the app. frpm my phone reinstalled it and it still dosen't work. I have called metro 3 times with no help from them. Can you please help me.

Issues regarding mobile phone settings being modified as a result of unauthorized usage. I'd simply like to change it altogether, but completely unable to do so. How does one change the pin re log-in screen? Any assistance with my inquiry will be much appreciated, thanks!

To retrieve a forgotten mobile app PIN, go to metrototalprotection.com > Forgot Your Mobile App PIN and follow the steps provided.

this does not work, the mobile app pin and the backup pin are totally different...please help us!!!

The program upgrades does not allow alpha characters only numeric characters. Now I have a new phone and I am unable to access my account because my original pin contains alpha an numeric characters. I can't change my pin to all numeric character because using my old phone Is the only way to do it and that phone is now in the negative file. I have been to metro store twice called metro twice call asurionr twice no help. You can't change ur pin online which I think is insane. This program is more of an inconvenience than help when it comes to restoring your contacts on new phone.

I have called the 1-888-8metro8 number many times with no help! They insist that you need to pay for the total backup in order for the app to work. what I think I need is a way to reset my passward to a pin? But again without me paying for the backup they are unwilling to help. Metro suport for this app is very bad and if I can not get this resolved I am thinking about saving 5 dollars a month.

I had a problem logging in on the computer. I changed my pin from my phone, to four numbers and now I can log in on the computer.

I was told to come to "metro total protection" to retrieve my pin #/password..well..I went there and it doesnt even have a section that indicates "retrieve your password/pin #..Now what do I do? And this is the first time Im trying to set up the total proptection app, so I dont know why im having such an issue

When I attempt to log in to metro backup it tells me my account has been cancelled and to call the 888-8metro8 # which I did. my pin is old 6 digit not 4 digit. When I called the metro # the rep said that my account was indeed active - it better be as it shows so on my account info and I've been paying them $1 per month for this function. I had to do a hard reset to my phone to resolve an mtb usb driver issue and now no way to retrieve my contacts. I'll be calling again and insisting they back up my contacts on to my phone or refund the monies I've been paying for the backup service which I cannot use/access.

Hi Laurie. Hard resets are never fun. Metro would be the best person to contact for this restore of the contacts. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
