AwayFind email account disabled

I received an email notification with this topic, making a vague reference to a server error of "[ALERT] Account exceeded command or bandwidth limits. (Failure)".

I was directed to check my account setup in AwayFind, however there are no options presented to change password or otherwise edit my account. All I can do is pause and re-enable, which then tells me the account still doesn't work.

If I try to add another account with the same Google Apps account, I'm not allowed to. So, I'm stuck.

Please advise.
